Pre-coaching Preparation
Introduction Phase: getting to know each other.
Questionnaire: You will complete a questionnaire to:
- Assess where you currently are on your life path.
- Identify the objectives you want to achieve.
Discussion: relevant topics including:
- Your expectations from coaching.
- The number of sessions you wish to commit to.
- Your desired timeline.
Roles and Responsibilities: review the roles and responsibilities of both the coach and coachee.
Finalisation: signing a coaching contract and finalising all relevant agreements.

Coaching Session
In each coaching session, we will make use of various techniques such as: ​​
- Personalised support tailored to your unique needs and goals throughout each session.
- Powerful tools, thought experiments, and strategic questioning techniques are utilised to enhance clarity and insight.
- Reflective exercises, guided visualisation, and deep inquiry are used to uncover hidden patterns and challenge limiting beliefs.
- New perspectives and possibilities are explored through dynamic coaching methods.
- Empowering you to make informed decisions, develop actionable strategies, and achieve your goals with confidence.

Follow up
After each coaching session: you’ll receive a summary of:
- Key discussion points
- "A-ha" moments
- Agreed-upon action plan
- Key takeaway
Between sessions:
- Access via WhatsApp chats.
- Follow-up accountability reminders to help you stay on track.
After the final coaching session,: you will receive:
- A short summary of your achievements during the coaching program
- Recommendations to support your ongoing coaching journey
- WhatsApp access to me for an additional month.

A coaching clarity call is your chance to get all the answers you need to see if coaching is the right move for you. In this call, we’ll dive into your current challenges, goals, and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll also look at how coaching can help you get there. This is your time to ask questions about the process, my approach, and how we can work together. By the end, you’ll have a solid understanding of what coaching involves, how it fits your needs, and if I’m the coach to help you reach your goals.
